主讲简介:1.Prof CHEN Haisheng. Dr. CHEN Haisheng is currently a Professor of Institute of Engineering Thermophysics (IET), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He joined IET-CAS in 2009 as a “100-Talents” professor after previous employments at University of Leeds, Vrije University of Brussels and Beihang University. He is currently the chairman of China Energy Storage Alliance and the director of China National Research Centre of Physical Energy Storage. His research includes energy storage material and system, micro/ nano scale flow & heat transfer, fluid dynamics of internal flow of turbomachinery.
He has been working on design, experimental aspects and numerical simulations of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and chemical systems related to energy storage and power engineering. He has been involved with 50+ research projects. His research has led to 400+ papers, 13 book chapters and 280+ patents. The papers have received 14000+ citations. He also acts as committee member/session chair of 8 international conferences, the deputy editor-in-chief of 3 peer reviewed Journals and editorial board member for 7 peer reviewed journals. He is also the winner of Tencent Science Explore Award and Grand Prize of China Youth Science and Technology Award.
2.Prof. Chisachi KATO. Dr. Chisachi Kato is a professor of mechanical engineering at the University Tokyo. He served as the director of the Center for Research on Innovative Simulation Software (CISS) from January 2003 to March 2023.Dr. Kato is engaged in research into large-scale numerical simulation of fluid flows as well as aeroacoustics and has led many research projects with his industrial partners. Dr. Kato has also led a total of seven national projects aimed to develop and to diffuse cutting-edge simulation for industries. The developed software has been published from the website of the CISS and widely used as freeware in the industries. The downloads of such software count more than 100,000.Dr. Kato has also served as the vice chair, the chair and the president of a number of domestic and overseas academic societies. Recently, Dr. Kato served as the chair of Asian Fluids Machinery Committee from September 2017 to present, and the vice chair of the IHAR Hydraulic Machinery and Systems from September 2018 to present.
3.Prof. Youn-Jea KIM. Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, 16419, Republic of Korea. Professor Kim obtained a doctorate from the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at State University of New York (Buffalo) in 1990, worked at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, and has been working at Sungkyunkwan University's mechanical engineering department since 1995. He has served as the heads of the Korean Society for Fluid Machinery, the division of Fluid Engineering of Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Korea Auto-Vehicle Safety Association. The main research fields are thermal fluid engineering, fluid machinery, and gas dynamics, and recently, the fields of energy cost reduction through optimal design using AI technology are being studied.
4.Prof. YUAN Shouqi. Prof. Shouqi Yuan is a leader in the field of irrigation and drainage machinery, and he has achieved representative results in the fields of theory of agricultural submersible pump, theory and technology of high-efficiency centrifugal pump, and new agricultural water-saving irrigation equipment.He has made outstanding contributions to China's submersible pump industry. This achievement won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2007. He revealed the unstable flow mechanism of the cavitation inception and rotor-stator interaction in centrifugal pump. This achievement won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014. In response to the low efficiency of large irrigation and drainage pumping station projects, he innovated hydraulic design methods and developed a series of high-efficiency hydraulic models and vertical pump devices, which are widely used in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project (approximately 70% of domestic models in east route) in China and other large-scale water conservancy projects. This achievement won the first prize of the 2018 China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement.Based on Prof. Yuan’s outstanding engineering accomplishments, he won the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China. He also won the Asian Fluid Machinery Distinguished Engineer Award, the Meritorious Medal of Chinese Agricultural Machinery Industry for the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening, the Outstanding Figure in the 60th Anniversary of China's Development of Agricultural Mechanization and the Outstanding Contribution Award of National Agricultural Water-Saving of China, etc.
5.Prof. ZHANG Yangjun.Tsinghua University, China.Dr. ZHANG Yangjun is a professor in School of Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University since 2013, a Distinguished Professor of Chang Jiang Scholar Program of the Ministry of Education from 2014. He is also the Director of the Special Power Research Center and Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Automobile Safety and Energy Conservation at Tsinghua University.His research interests include:(1) Engine supercharging, internal combustion engine high-pressure charge, fuel cell electric supercharging, and electric fan (supercharged) propulsion.(2) Gas turbine hybrid power, fuel cell turbine hybrid power, supercritical carbon dioxide turbine hybrid power.They can be widely used in fields: vehicles, aviation, and new energy utilization. With so many academic achievements, professor Zhang has won First Prize of China Machinery Invention Technology in 2019, Special Government Allowance in 2018, Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2016 and 2013, First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2013.
6.Prof. Yuka IGA.Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University, Japan.Dr. Yuka IGA obtained a doctorate degree from School of Engineering, Tohoku University in 2003. She is a professor of Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University since January 2018. And she also works as a Senior Researcher in Kakuda Rocket Center, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) since April 2019.Her Field of Expertise includes:(1)Cavitation instabilities arising in Inducer of liquid propellant rocket turbopump.(2)Thermodynamic suppression effect of cavitation in cryogenic fluids and hot water.(3)Numerical analysis of unsteady cavitation and bubble collapse.
7.Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin BÖHLE.Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität (RPTU), Kaiserslautern Landau, Germany.Dr.-Ing. Martin BÖHLE obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, TU Braunschweig, Germany in 1993. He is now a W3-Professor for Fluid Mechanics and Turbomachinery in Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Turbomachinery, TU Kaiserslautern since 2008 and serves as Dean for Study of Department of Mechanical Engineering since 2011. He is a member of the following conference committee: International Conference on Pumps and Fans, International Rotating Equipment Conference, International Symposium on Transport Phenomena and Dynamics of Rotating Machinery. He is also an Organisator of the Meeting for German professors “Pumps, Fans, Compressors “and Speaker of the German DFG-Group “Fluid-Energy-Machines”; an Academic Consultant: CFturbo® Software & Engineering GmbH.
8.Prof. Boo Cheong KHOO.Temasek Laboratories, National University of Singapore (NUS),Singapore.Professor Khoo serves on numerous organizing and advisory committees for International Conferences/Symposiums held in USA, China, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and others. He is a member of the Steering Committee, HPC (High Performance Computing) Asia. He has received a Defence Technology Team Prize (1998, Singapore) and the prestigious Royal Aeronautical Prize (1980, UK). Among other numerous and academic and professional duties, he is on the Editorial Board of 5 peer reviewed journals.His research interests are in:(i) Fluid-structure interaction.(ii) Underwater shock and bubble dynamics.(iii) Compressible/Incompressible multi-medium flow.He is the PI of numerous externally funded projects including those from the Defense agencies like ONR/ONR Global and MINDEF (Singapore). His work on water circulation and transport across the turbulent air-sea interface has received funding from the then BP International. Qatar NRF has funded study on internal sloshing coupled to external wave hydrodynamics of (large) LNG carrier.Professor Khoo has published over 480 international journal papers, and over 400 papers at international conferences/symposiums. He has presented at over 135 plenary/keynote/invited talks at international conferences/symposiums/meetings. His H-index according to Web of Science stood at 55.
9.Prof. Mehrdad Raisee Dehkordi.University of Tehran, Iran.Dr Mehrdad Raisee Dehkordi is a professor of School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tehran, Iran. He has participated in various research projects both domestically and internationally. These projects include the development of Pump As Turbine (PAT) in Iran, the analysis of hydraulic and water hammer effects in pumping stations in the Khuzestan province of Iran, the EU SIRPAR project focused on advanced wastewater treatment systems in Italy, the EU UMRIDA project on uncertainty management and robust industrial design in Belgium, and an IFS collaborative project on efficient uncertainty quantification of CFD problems in Japan. He has developed fruitful research collaborations with renowned universities in Europe and Asia. He has been invited as a scholar and lecturer to prestigious institutions.His areas of expertise in teaching and research include fluid machineries (Hydraulic Turbines, Pumps, PAT, and Gas Turbines), turbulent heat transfer, wastewater treatment & reuse, microfluidics and optimization under uncertainty. He has authored over 160 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers within these subjects. In 2022, he earned the distinguished teaching award from the University of Tehran. He has been selected as a member of the Asian Fluid Machinery Committee (AFMC) in 2015.
10.Prof. Young-Seok CHOI.Korea Institute of Industrial Technology/University of Science & Technology (UST), Republic of Korea.Professor Choi is now the President of The Korean Society of Fluid Machinery (KSFM). His professional skills and work capabilities include: Turbo machinery (fans, compressors, pumps, turbines, and pump-turbines) designs and developments; steady and unsteady numerical analyses; statistical optimization methods; flow measurements and experimental techniques; practical hands-on experience for turbo machinery with experimental and analytical investigations.Professor Choi has published 150+ technical journals on turbo machinery designs and optimizations; 80 patents. He works as Principal investigator of many government research projects. Till now, he has won various Awards and Honors, including Distinguished Professor Award, University of Science and Technology (UST) & President’s Award, Korea Industrial Technology Association (KOITA), Dec 2022 Academy Prize and Technology Prize, The Korean Society of Fluid Machinery (KSFM), Nov 2013 Excellence Award for Science & Technology Research Paper, The Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST). Dr. Kato served as a member of Asian Fluids Machinery Committee from September 2012 to present.
11.Prof. SUN Zhongguo. Xi'an Jiaotong University, China.Dr. SUN Zhongguo obtained his PhD in Fluid Machinery and Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) in 2010. He is now a professor of the same department. He was a Visiting Scholar to Columbia University in 2007 and 2015.His Research Field includes:(1) Computational fluid dynamics with meshless methods.(2)Theory and experimental study of the flow in fluid machinery.(3) Micro fluid machinery and complex flow in fluid engineering.(4)Ocean science, technology and engineering. Teaching includes:(1)Recent advances in fluid mechanics.(2) High precision numerical simulation method and technology.(3)Non-intrusive visual experimental techniques.
12.Prof. Francesco ROMANO. Arts et Métiers, Lille Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, Lille, France.Dr. Francesco ROMANO obtained his PhD from Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer, Vienna (Austria) in 2016. He is now an associate professor in Fluid Mechanics and Energetics, at Lille Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, Lille (France) since September 2019. He has participated in many research projects and won several Awards, including: Medal for graduation with honors, University of Pisa, 2012, Honorary Rosalind Member of London Journals Press.Dr. Francesco ROMANO has published 50 peer-reviewed journal papers, attended more than 40 conferences and given 20 invited talks.
